Reflexive Entertainment’s new casual game release Build in Time lived up to my expectations! This could be compared to the Build a Lot game, but it has its own mix of unique features and game play.

Starting in the 1950’s, Build in Time works its way through the decades until 2009. The aim is to take phone orders from customers, and build them their dream homes.

Starting with empty lots, the houses need to be constructed, painted and yards accessorized. Each level there are objectives to complete which will award you with bonus stars. Your profits can be used to buy a range of upgrades – faster workers, home upgrades and many more.

Plus, there are trophies to earn for an added challenge. I would describe Build in Time as a combination of some of the most popular game genres – time management, serving customers and matching identical items of three of more. The graphics are decent and the game is well thought out.

A few hours of “constructive” enjoyment, this game is very appealing and its likely readers will like it.
